| 국문 초록 | 본 연구는 직장인 목회자 사모의 직장생활 경험을 심층적으로 이해하고 탐색하여 그들의 경험에 대한 의미와 구조를 밝혀내기 위해 실시한 사례연구이다. 연구의 방법은 목회자 사모로서 직장생활을 한지 2년 이상이 경과한 7명을 참여자로 선정하여 이들의 경험을 심층면담을 통해 제시하고, 분석하였으며 분석방법은 Giorgi의 현상학적 연구방법을 이용 하였다. 본 연구의 결과로 4개의 구성요소와 12개의 하위 구성요소가 목회자 사모의 직장생활의 상황적 구조로 도출되었고 도출된 4개의 구성요소는 ‘굴레로 덧 씌워진 사모의 자리’, ‘시선으로 에워싸인 삶의 여정’, ‘이방인으로 머무르는 삶’, ‘사랑해서 부르신 섬김의 자리’ 이었다. 이를 통해 직장생활을 하는 목회자 사모들이 직장에서건 교회에서건 사모라는 이름이 굴레가 되어 육체적, 정서적 부담감으로 작용 하면서 늘 평가의 시선에 사로 잡혀 죄책감에 힘겨워하고 힘든 상황에 대해 마음 나눌 곳이 없어 외로움을 경험 하고 있다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 그러나 그들은 그러한 삶이 신앙 안에서 자신을 들어 쓰심과 채우심이 있다는 것을 알기에 감사하다고 말했다. 마지막으로 본 연구는 직장을 다니는 목회자 사모들의 삶의 경험들에 대한 보다 깊은 이해를 제공 하였으며 이에 대해 새로운 시각으로 바라볼 필요가 있음을 제안하였다. 그리고 본 연구가 직장을 다니는 목회자 사모에 대한 교회 내 인식 변화의 계기를 마련하고 이들에게 적합한 지지체계 구축에 기여할 수 있을 것 이라 기대된다. |
| 영문 초록 | This study is a case study conducted to identify the meaning and the structure of pastors' wives' work experience. A Comparison of Phenomenological Research Methodology was used in this study. Participants were 7 pastors' wives who have worked for their companies for more than two years and had in-depth interviews with them. Through these interviews, this study demonstrates and analyzes their experience. As a result, there are four main components and twelve subordinate components, that is, ‘Pastors' wives put on constraints’, ‘A journey of life surrounded by other's eyes’, ‘Life as a stranger’, and ‘God is calling me to serve with love’. The pastors' working wives who engage not only in the church but in the working place are physically and emotionally burdened as they are preoccupied with guilt and feeling lonely without anyone to share their situations. However, they recognize that they are useful in faith, and thank to God due to filling their lives with meaningful things. Lastly, this study offers a deeper understanding about the pastors' working wives' experience and proposes a need to see it in a new viewpoint. And it is meaningful that these findings will provide a change in the perception of the pastors' working wives, and will contribute to establish a suitable supportive system for them. |
