| 국문 초록 | 본 연구는 한국교회 복지사역의 현실을 진단하고, 향후 대형교회가 한국교회 복지사역 발전을 위해 해야 할 바람직한 역할을 모색하고자 이루어졌다. 이를 위하여 한국교회 복지사역의 전반적 현황 및 대형교회 복지사역의 특성을 살펴보고, 대표적인 10개 대형교회의 홈페이지를 통하여 대형교회 복지사역의 현황을 파악하였으며, 관련 전문가 7명과 초점집단면접을 실시하여 그 내용을 분석하였다. 초점집단면접의 결과, ‘한국교회 복지사역의 현실’ 영역에서 ‘맥락’, ‘인식’, ‘수준’의 3개 범주, 총 7개 개념이 도출되었고, ‘대형교회 복지사역의 역할’ 영역에서 ‘토대 구축’, ‘교회에 대한 기여’, ‘사회에 대한 기여’의 3개 범주, 총 6개 개념이 도출되었다. 연구결과를 토대로 한국교회 복지사역 발전을 위하여 대형교회가 앞으로 어떠한 방향으로 나아가고, 어떻게 기여해야 할지에 대해 논의하였다. |
| 영문 초록 | The purpose of this study was to explore the current status of social work services in Korean churches and to grope the roles of megachurches to develop Korean churches'' social work services. The current status of social work services in Korean churches were examined through literature review. The features of megachurches'' social work services were explored through previous literature and websites of ten representative megachurches. A focus group interview with 7 professionals was conducted and analysed. As the result, 7 concepts from 3 categories such as ‘context’, ‘perception’, and ‘level’ in the area of ‘the reality of social work services in Korean churches’, 6 concepts from 3 categories such as ‘foundation building’, ‘contributions to churches’, and ‘contributions to society’ in the area of ‘the role of megachurches in social work services’. Based on the results, discussions regarding megachurches'' future role to develop Korean Churches'' social work services were made. |
