| 국문 초록 | 이 논문은 한국 교회내의 장애를 바라보는 장애인식 및 장애수용의 정도를 밝히는 연구이다. 본 연구에서는 그동안 소외되어 온 한국 교회내의 장애인에 대한 인식 및 태도, 현황을 파악하고자 하였다. 본 연구는 부산․경남 지역 소재 교회 교인들을 대상으로 실시되었고, 연구문제에 따라 양적 연구와 질적 연구를 병행하여 실시하였다. 양적 연구로서는 한국 교회내의 장애인식과 편의시설 등을 포함한 장애수용에 대한 실태를 살펴보았고, 질적 연구에서는 교회에 다니는 장애인을 대상으로 교회 내에서의 장애인식 등에 대한 인터뷰조사를 실시하였다. 양적 연구 조사대상자는 총 279명이었으며, 장애인 대상 설문과 면접의 질적 연구에는 26명이 참여하였다. 연구결과로 장애인식과 장애수용이 교회설립연수와 상관이 있는 것으로 나타나고 있고, 비장애인 교인들의 장애인에 대한 인식은 상당히 긍정적인 것으로 나타나는 데 반해, 장애인의 비장애인들의 장애인식에는 차이를 보이고 있다. 교회 내 설치되어 있는 편의시설로는 엘리베이터와 장애인 화장실 비율이 높게 나타났고, 교회 내에 장애인에게 필요한 지원(편의시설)으로는 엘리베이터와 경사로 등을 들고 있다. 장애인 면접조사 결과에서는 장애인을 하나의 인격체로 동등하게 대우하여 줄 것을 토로하고 있어 장애인도 하나님이 창조하시고 사랑하시는 성경적 장애인관을 가져야 함을 일깨워주고 있다. 이러한 결과들은 앞으로의 한국 교회 내 장애인 사역에 대한 과제 및 방향에 우선하여 장애인에 대한 더 본질적이고 중요한 성경적 가치관을 다루어야 함을 말하고 있다. |
| 영문 초록 | This thesis is to do reveal the degree of disability awareness and accommodation in the Korean Church. This study Busan and Gyeongnam local church to target research on disability awareness and acceptance of disability was carried out. Quantitative study subjects were a total of 279 people, the disabled target surveys and interviews 26 people were involved in qualitative research. As a result of impaired expression and acceptance of disability in the church appears to be correlated with established training and awareness able-bodied members of the disabled appears to be quite positive, whereas, non-disabled with disabilities have shown differences in expression of the Disabled. Installed an elevator in the church facilities and disabled toilet ratio was higher, the necessary support to people with disabilities within the Church (facilities) are held and include elevators and ramps. Based on the results for future disability in the Church''''s mission and direction for ministry will be able to offer. These results suggest that Korea''''s future ministry in the church about disability issues and direction prior to the more essential and important for people with disabilities have to deal with biblical values ​​that are talking. |
