| 국문 초록 | 본 연구의 목적은 자녀를 둔 북한이탈주민 가정의 어머니들이 이질적인 문화에서 자녀를 키우며 겪는 갈등과 스트레스를 극복하여 한 인간으로서의 개인적인 성장과 개발을 도모하고, 자녀의 바람직한 양육에 필요한 지식 및 태도와 기술을 습득할 수 있는 상담 형태의 기독교 부모교육 프로그램을 개발하여 그 효과성을 검증하는 것이다. 이를 위해 서울시에 거주하면서 S 교회에 다니는 북한이탈주민 가정의 어머니 8명을 소그룹으로 구성한 후 기독교 부모교육 프로그램을 8주간 실시하였고, 프로그램이 종료된 후에는 효과가 있는지를 알아보기 위해 t-test를 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 본 프로그램에 참여한 북한이탈주민 가정 어머니들의 자녀양육 스트레스는 감소하였다. 둘째, 본 프로그램에 참여한 북한이탈주민 가정 어머니들의 자녀양육행동은 긍정적으로 변화되었다. 셋째, 본 프로그램에 참여한 북한 이탈주민 가정 어머니들의 부모역할 만족도는 증가되었다. 본 연구를 통해 얻은 결론은 첫째, 한국 교회는 전도와 교회성장에 초점을 맞추는 북한이탈주민 사역에서 그들의 본질적인 마음의 변화 및 신앙에서의 성장을 이룰 수 있는 체계적인 지원체제를 수립해야 한다. 둘째, 남한에서 자녀양육을 하는 북한이탈주민 가정에 실제적인 도움을 줄 수 있는 부모교육 프로그램을 개발하고 시행해야 한다. 셋째, 기독교는 남한과 북한의 극단적인 두 사상의 대립을 해소하고 이 한계를 초월할 수 있는 새로운 대안적인 사상으로 제시될 수 있다. 본 연구의 기독교적인 접근은 거시적인 관점에서 볼 때 남한과 북한의 사상적 통합을 연구하는 기초자료로 사용될 수 있을 것이다. |
| 영문 초록 | The purpose of this study is the development of christian parent education program and the verifying of its effect in which mothers of North Korean Defectors with child could overcome conflict and stress that happen in rearing child in a different culture and pursue personal growth and development as a human and acquire knowledge and attitude and skill that is needed in proper rearing and education for their child. For this purpose, this study conducted christian parent-education counseling program for 8 weeks after grouping 8 persons who is North Korean Defectors attending S church in Seoul. After finishing this program, T-test was executed for checking the effect of this program. The result of this study is as follows. First, the child-rearing stress of the North Korean Defectors participating this program was diminished. Second, the child-rearing behavior of North Korean Defectors participating this program was positively changed. Third, the parent-role satisfaction of North Korean Defectors was increased. In conclusion, the expecting effect and applicable plan of this study is as follows. First, it suggests the direction about North Korean Defectors working in Korean church. The direction have to be changed from evangelism and church growth to settlement of systematic support structure which can make growth in their faith and change in their cohesive heart. Second, it gives practical help to North Korean Defectors families rearing child in Korea. This program supports adaptation to Korea society and child-rearing of North Korean Defectors families through counseling approach in view of mutual participation. Third, christianity approach of this study will be foundation for South Korea and North Korea''s unification macroscopically. Through this study, conflict of extreme ideology between South Korea and North Korea will be solved and christianity could be suggested as a new replacement idea which can transcend this limitation. |
