| 국문 초록 | 이 논문은 이슬람권과의 문화산업 교류 방안을 연구하기 위하여 무슬림 인구가 2억 5천만 명 이상으로 세계에서 가장 많은 인도네시아의 한 특별자치주인 아체지역을 대상으로 교류 협력 방안을 모색한 것이다. 이슬람권과의 문화산업 교류는 지금까지 일시적이거나 부분적인 것으로 극히 제한적이었다. 아체는 2004년 12월 26일 20여만 명의 희생을 가져온 최악의 쓰나미 재앙을 당함으로써 2005년 인도네시아 중앙정부와 ｢헬싱키평화협정｣을 맺고 특별자치주가 되기까지 30여 년간 아체 독립을 쟁취하기 위하여 중앙정부군과 치열한 전쟁을 치르면서 외부 세계와는 극단적으로 폐쇄되고 차단돼 온 분쟁지역이었다. 샤리아 즉, 엄격한 이슬람율법으로 통치하는 아체지역과의 문화산업 교류 방안을 연구하기 위해서는 인도네시아는 물론 아체지역의 이슬람 실체와 특성을 이해하지 않을 수 없다. 진정한 교류는 그 지역의 특성과 주민을 이해하는 데서부터 출발하기 때문이다. 아체 지역과 같은 이슬람권과의 문화산업 교류를 효율적으로 추진하기 위해서는 첫째, ‘한국문화산업원’과 같은 비정부기관을 현지 이슬람 정부와 협의하여 설치하고, 둘째, 현지에 적합한 문화산업 콘텐츠를 선택 개발하여 교류 방안을 구체화해서 지속적으로 협력하며, 셋째, 교류 협력의 추진은 말씀에 기초한 성경적 세계관으로 무슬림 주민들을 진정으로 도우며 형제애로 사랑하고 서로 신뢰하면서 추진할 때 소기의 목적을 달성할 수 있다. 아체와의 문화산업교류가 점차 활성화 되어 이 사례가 성공적으로 정착되면 인도네시아를 비롯하여 동남아시아는 물론 세계 모든 이슬람권과의 문화산업 교류를 보다 폭 넓게 추진하는데 도움이 될 것이다. 이를 통해 그리스도의 사랑이 이슬람권에 확산되면 무슬림들과의 우호적이며 화해와 상생의 관계를 유지하고 “서로 사랑함으로써” 하나님의 비전인 구원의 역사를 이루어 평화로운 사회를 세워 가게 될 것이다. |
| 영문 초록 | This study is to explore the ways about the exchange of culture industry with the Islamic world- focusing on Aceh of Indonesia which has the greatest population of muslims in the world. Cultural industry exchange with Muslim countries has been limited to temporary or partial. Until Aceh has become the Special Province of Indonesia since it signed the Peace Memorandum of Understanding(MOU) in Helsinki with its central government in 2005 followed by the worst tsunami disaster on December 26, 2004, that resulted in the death of more than 200,000 people, it has not been opened as a disputed area that was extremely closed and blocked from the outside world, because the civil war had continued for 30 years from 1976 to win the Aceh independence from Indonesia. In order to study the exchange of culture industry with Aceh region which is governed by strict Islamic law, Sharia, it is imperative to understand the Islamic realities and characteristics of Indonesia and Aceh region. The real exchange starts with understanding the characteristics and residents of the area to create goodwill, friendship and peace. To begin with the cultural exchange between Islamic countries and cultural industries; First, establish non-governmental organizations such as ‘Korean Culture Industry Center’ in consultation with the local Islamic government. Secondly, they will continue to cooperate with the local cultural industries by developing and materializing appropriate contents. Third, the promotion of exchanges and cooperation can achieve the desired purpose by genuinely helping the Muslim people with the Biblical worldview based on the Word, loving it as brotherly love, and promoting it with trust. When the exchange of culture industry programs with Aceh is gradually activated, it will help to promote cultural industry exchanges with Indonesia, Southeast Asia and all Muslim countries worldwide. Through this, cultural industry exchanges and cooperation with Islamic world would contribute to creating mutual understanding, friendship, reconciliation and a peaceful society, which is the ultimate goal of this study to make the work of God's vision of salvation. |
