| 국문 초록 | 본 연구는 영상물의 폭력성에 대한 문제의식, 업무수행능력(업무효능감, 전문성)과 직업만족(직무만족, 작업환경에 대한 만족) 등에서 기독교인 영상제작인력들과 종교가 없는 영상제작인력들 간에 유의한 차이가 있는지를 밝히기 위한 실증연구이다. 이를 위하여 다양한 직종(연출, 촬영, 조명, 편집, 기획, 시나리오 등) 및 직급(감독급-서드이하)의 영상제작인력들을 대상(364명)으로 한 설문조사데이터를 평균비교(t-test)와 이항 로지스틱 분석(binary logistics analysis)을 실시하였다. 자료 분석결과 밝혀진 주요 사실들은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 업무수행능력 영역(업무효능감, 전문성)과 직업환경에 대한 만족수준은 두 집단(기독교인, 무교인)간에 유의한 차이가 없었지만, 업무에 대한 만족수준은 기독교인들이 유의하게 높다는 것이 밝혀졌다 둘째, 영상콘텐츠의 폭력성에 대한 문제의식에서는 무교인들에 비해 기독교인들이 훨씬 더 비판적인 인식을 가지고 있음이 확인되었다. ‘영상콘텐츠 폭력성에 대한 비판의식’과 ‘직무만족’은 기독교인 영상제작인력들과 무교인 영상제작인력들을 구별 지을 수 있는 주요한 특성이라는 결론을 내리게 되었다. 본 연구는 영상물의 폭력성과 이로 인한 유해성에 대한 문제에 대한 방안모색을 위해 기독교인 영상제작인력들을 유용한 인적자원으로 적극 활용할 필요성이 있다는 시사점을 제시하였다. |
| 영문 초록 | This research is an empirical study that aims to reveal whether there are significant differences between Christian and atheistic film crews in awareness of the violence of films, job performance ability(job efficacy, professional capacity), and overall job satisfaction(job satisfaction, job environment satisfaction). In order to do this research, t-test and binary logistics analysis are used with the survey data obtained by 364 film crews of various jobs (production, filming, lighting, editing, planning, scenario, etc.) and staff level (director∼third and below). This The main facts revealed by the data analysis are as follows: First, it is found that there are no significant differences between the two groups (Christians and atheistic people) in the area of job performance ability(job efficacy, professional capacity) and the level of satisfaction with the job environment, but the level of job satisfaction of Christians is significantly higher than crews without religion. Second, the awareness of violence in film contents has confirmed that Christians have a much more critical perception than atheistic crews. Criticism of film violence and job satisfaction concluded that it is a major characteristic that distinguishes between Christian and others with no religion. The results of this study suggested the need to actively utilize Christian film crews as useful human resources to be used to find ways to deal with the problem of harmfulness of film violence. |
