| 국문 초록 | 목적 본 연구는 영적간호 관련 국내 연구의 최신 연구 동향을 파악하여 향후 간호학 분야에서의 영적간호 연구 방향을 모색하고 기독교 관점에서의 영적간호에 대한 방향성을 제시하고자 시도되었다. 방법 연구 대상은 2009년부터 2018년까지 최근 10년 동안 영적간호와 관련하여 국내 간호학 분야에서 발표된 논문 총 131편이었고, 내용분석(Content analysis) 방법을 사용하여 분석하였다. 결과 국내 영적간호 관련 간호 연구는 연구 설계, 측정도구의 사용, 연구의 주요 개념에 있어 다양성이 부족하였다. 연구설계에서는 양적연구 중 서술적 연구가 대부분이었고, 연구 대상자는 간호사가 가장 많았다. 주요어의 사용빈도는 건강영역이 가장 많았고, 그 중에서도 영적영역이 가장 많았다. 영적영역의 개념들은 긍정적 의미를 가진 변수와는 정적인 연관성이, 부정적 의미를 가진 변수와는 부적인 연관성이 있는 것으로 확인 되었다. 결론 내용분석 결과 영적 간호 제공의 긍정적 효과가 확인되었으므로, 간호사 스스로가 영적 간호역량을 갖추어 간호 현장에서 적절한 영적 간호의 제공을 통해 전인간호를 실현해 나가야 할 것이다. |
| 영문 초록 | The purpose of this study was to identify the latest research trends in domestic research related to spiritual nursing and to seek directions for spiritual nursing research in the field of nursing and to suggest directions for spiritual nursing from the Christian perspective. The subjects of the study were a total of 131 domestic nursing research related to spiritual nursing in the last 10 years from 2009 to 2018, and were analyzed using the content analysis method. In domestic research related to spiritual nursing lacked diversity in research design, the use of measurement tools, and the main concepts of research. In the study design, most of the quantitative studies were descriptive studies, and the largest number of subjects were nurses. The frequency of use of key words was the most frequent in the health domain, and the spiritual domain was the most frequent. The concepts of the spiritual realm were found to have a positive association with a variable with a positive meaning and a negative association with a variable with a negative meaning. As a result of content analysis, the positive effect of providing spiritual nursing was confirmed, the nurses themselves should have the spiritual nursing capacity and realize the whole nursing care by providing appropriate spiritual nursing care in the field of nursing. |
