| 국문 초록 | 캠퍼스선교단체는 한국 교회에서 영적부흥의 한 축을 담당해 왔지만 캠퍼스선교단체의 사역자들에 대한 교회 공동체의 관심은 매우 미미하였다. 이에 캠퍼스선교단체 사역자들에 대한 이해를 높이고 교회와의 건강한 협력관계를 구축하며, 사역자들이 현재의 사역과 미래의 삶을 잘 준비할 수 있도록 하는 것에 목적을 두고 캠퍼스선교단체 사역자들의 사역경험에 관한 질적 연구를 진행하였으며, 심층면담을 진행하고 의미를 분석하여 다음과 같은 결과를 도출하였다. ‘학생 리더를 사역자로 콜링하는 시스템’, ‘신앙의 본질에 집중할 수 있는 사역 문화’, ‘독박사역! 혼자 모든 것을 감당하는 분위기’, ‘함께 지고 가는 빈곤의 십자가, 후원과 풀링’, ‘선교단체를 향한 교회의 불편한 시선’, ‘사역 이후의 진로계획을 터부시하는 문화’, ‘사역의 시간에 비례하는 경력단절의 현실’이라는 주요한 7가지의 결과에서 소명의식과 직업만족에 대한 논의, 전문성과 독립성에 대한 논의, 현실인식과 미래계획에 대한 논의를 하였고 후속 연구를 위해 제언하였다 |
| 영문 초록 | Although the campus mission organizations have played one of the major roles in Korea’s spiritual revival for the past 100 years, the church community has taken little notice of the ministers of campus mission organizations. The purpose of this research, therefore, is to raise the understanding of ministers in campus mission organizations; to construct a sound cooperative relationship with churches; and to help campus ministers equip themselves for not only their current missions but also their future lives. Seven major components are as follows: ‘Tendencies to invite a current student leader to be a minister-to-be,’ ‘Cultivating the atmosphere of focusing on the essence of faith,’ ‘Holding-the-bag phenomena, that is, being putting in a situation where one minister should unfairly take excessive responsibilities,’ ‘Bearing your cross of poverty through fundraising,’ ‘Churches’ negative biases on mission organizations,’ ‘The taboo on planning their future career after finishing their current mission,’ and ‘The longer you minister, the earlier you fail in the job market.’ Given these components, practical issues on their calling and their vocational satisfaction, expertise and independence, and reality awareness and future plans, were discussed. Also, further research is suggested concerning the relationship with churches and the ministers’ future careers as well. |
