| 국문 초록 | 본 연구의 목적은 교인들을 대상으로 교회 지도자 코칭리더십이 영성과 신앙생활 만족을 통해 신앙 생활 지속의도로 이어지는 인과관계를 밝히는데 있다. 따라서 교회 지도자의 코칭리더십과 신앙생활 지속의도의 관계를 검증하고, 영성과 신앙생활 만족의 매개 효과를 살펴 볼 것이다. 이를 위하여 기독교인 400명을 대상으로 교회 지도자의 코칭리더십, 영성, 신앙생활 만족, 신앙생활 지속의도를 측정하였다. 자료 분석은 SPSS 25.0의 SPSS PROCESS Macro 4.2를 사용하여 검증하였다. 연구 결과 교회 지도자의 코칭리더십은 신앙생활 지속의도에 정적 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 교회 지도 자의 코칭 리더십과 신앙생활 지속의도의 관계에서 영성과 신앙생활 만족이 매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 교회 지도자의 코칭리더십과 신앙생활 지속의도에 대한 최초의 연구이며 영성과 신앙생활 만족이 신앙생활 지속의도에 영향을 주는 경로를 발견한 연구라는데 의의가 있다. 본 연구 결과는 교인들의 신앙생활 지속의도를 향상시키기 위해 영성 프로그램이 개발되어야 하고, 교회 지도자의 리더십의 변화 방향을 코칭리더십으로 설정해야 함을 시사한다. |
| 영문 초록 | The purpose of this study is to reveal the causal relationship between church leader coaching leadership and intention to continue faith life through spirituality and satisfaction with faith life among church members. Therefore, we will verify the relationship between a church leader's coaching leadership and intention to continue faith life, and examine the mediating effects of spirituality and satisfaction with faith life. For this purpose, the coaching leadership of church leaders, spirituality, satisfaction with faith life, and intention to continue faith life were measured among 400 Christians. The results of the study showed that the coaching leadership of church leaders had a positive effect on the intention to continue faith life. In addition, spirituality and satisfaction with faith life were found to have a mediating effect in the relationship between a church leader's coaching leadership and the intention to continue faith life. This study is the first study on church leaders' coaching leadership and intention to continue faith life, and is significant in that it discovered the path through which spirituality and satisfaction with faith life influence the intention to continue faith life. The results of this study suggest that a spirituality program should be developed to improve church members' intention to continue their faith life, and that the direction of change in church leaders' leadership should be set to coaching leadership. |
