| 국문 초록 | 본 연구의 목적은 말씀의 진리를 현대의 상황과 주제에 적용하고 이해하는 것이다. 오늘날 자녀 양육과 부모교육에 대한 여러 이론이 개발되고 제시되고 있지만, 이론과 방법의 다양함과 변화 속에서 오히려 부모는 혼란과 불안과 같은 심리적 어려움을 느낀다. 부모의 혼란과 불안의 원인을 하나님이 명령하신 자녀 양육의 본질을 잃었기 때문이라고 본다. 신명기 6:4-9에서 자녀를 ‘가르치라’는 명령을 부모에게 주셨다는 성경적 근거를 통해 자녀 교육의 올바른 방향을 위한 성경적 자녀 양육의 목적과 내용, 방법을 살펴볼 것이다. 첫째, 자녀 양육의 목적은 하나님을 경외하는 법을 가르쳐 배우도록 하는 것이다. 둘째, 자녀 교육의 내용은 한 분이신 하나님을 사랑하는 것이다. 셋째, 자녀 양육의 방법은 교육의 내용이 학습을 통해 내면화되는 것이라고 제시한다. 이 연구는 하나님의 ‘가르치라’는 명령을 학습하고 내면화시킬 수 있는 최적의 시기를 유아기로 제안하고, 그 근거를 유아기의 언어발달, 모방력과 사고력 등의 인지발달의 특성에 두고 있다. 가르치라는 교육 명령의 실천 과정의 전제는 부모는 자녀의 첫 번째 스승이며 교사로 영향을 미치는 자이지만 자신이 가지고 있지 않은 능력을 자녀에게 가르칠 수 없다는 것이다. 부모가 먼저 하나님을 경외하는 자가 되는 것이 필요하다. 신명기 6:4-9을 통해 성경적 자녀 양육은 부모가 먼저 하나님을 사랑하고 그것을 자녀에게 대화와 권위를 통해 내면화하도록 돕는 과정이며 목표임을 확인하였다. |
| 영문 초록 | The purpose of this study is to find biblical evidence from Deuteronomy 6:4-9 that parents are given a command to teach their children and to suggest a direction of biblical parenting. Nowadays, several theories regarding and parenting are developed and suggested. However, parents feel more confused and anxious about the various theories and suggestions. The cause of the confusion and anxiety that these days parents experience are caused by the fact they have lost the nature of parenting that was instructed by God. Therefore, the purpose, detail, and instruction of biblical parenting are closely looked at in Deuteronomy 6:4-9. First, the purpose of parenting is to teach them to fear God. Second, the detail of parenting is to love God, the only one who is good. Third, the instruction of parenting needs the detail of education to be learned and internalized and last eternally. Lastly, the influence of education needs to be expanded from individual to community. This article suggests that early childhood is the prime period to be educated and internalized the command from God, which is teaching, the reason is based on the development of language, imitation, and strong recognition development in infancy. The procedure of following the command suggests that parents need to be aware that although they are the first teacher of their children, yet they don’t have the ability to teach the children, and they need to fear God before teaching the children to fear God. In conclusion, biblical parenting is parents becoming the first ones to love God, convey it to children through communication, and internalize it. |
