| 국문 초록 | 본 연구의 목적은 조손가족 조모의 적응 과정을 분석하는 것으로, 조모의 적응 과정을 스트레스-대처-적응 이론에 적용하여 10개의 사례를 Yin의 사례연구 방법으로 분석하였다. 각 사례에 대한 설명하기와 연대기적 분석으로 분석 단위 간 인과관계를 밝힌 후 스트레스와 대처를 각각 패턴매칭으로 분석한 결과, 스트레스 환경은 관계적 요인이, 대처로서 사회적 지지는 종교가 가장 결정적이었다. 사례통합분석으로 적응 유형을 종교지지형, 성인자녀희생형, 공적지지실패형, 대처자원미약형 4개로 도출하였다. 또한 패턴코딩 분석으로 조모의 적응 과정을 충격 및 혼란 단계→중간 단계→사회적 지지 단계→적응으로 도출해 사회적 지지와 적응 여부를 결정하는 중간 단계의 존재를 밝혔다. 본 연구는 조손가족 조모의 적응 과정을 구조적으로 분석하고 각 유형과 단계의 발생 기제에 대한 자료를 제공하여 조손가족을 위한 기독상담의 사례개념화와 개입에 대한 시사점을 제공했으며 종교기관과 정책에 대한 함의를 제공하였다. |
| 영문 초록 | The purpose of this study was to analyze the process of adaptation of grandmothers in grandparent-headed families. The stress-coping-adaptation theory was applied to the process, a theoretical propositions was developed and qualitative data from 10 cases were analyzed through Yin's methodology. Each case was analyzed by pattern matching chronologically and respectively. As a result, the stress environment was determined by relational factors and religious support was the most prominent coping. The four types derived from the cross-case synthesis : the religious support type, the adult-child sacrifice type, the public support failure, coping resource weakness type. All types are related with religious support. In addition, the process of adaptation of grandmothers was analyzed as shock and confusion stage → intermediate stage → social support stage → adaptation. The intermediate stage has grandmothers' critical choice and it'd change the result of adaptation. According to this, the relationship with adult-children was emphasized in counseling for the grandmothers, and the conceptualization of counseling cases and related intervention procedures were discussed. This study structurally analyzes the adaptation process of grandparents in grandparent-headed families and provides data of each type and stage for case conceptualization and a series of intervention procedures. It provided implications for religious institutions and policies for the welfare of them. |
