| 국문 초록 | 사례개념화는 상담에서 내담자의 문제를 이해하고 목표와 전략에 이르기까지 상담을 진행해 나갈 지도를 구상해나가는 중요한 작업이다. 사례개념화는 상담자의 전문성과 상담의 효율성에 깊은 연관이 있어 상담 현장에서 중요하게 다뤄지고 있으며, 사례개념화의 요소 연구, 상담자 대상 사례개념화 교육 연구, 사례개념도 연구 등 다양한 형태로 연구되어오고 있다. 실제 상담의 장면을 자세히 살펴보면, 모든 사람은 자신이 가진 세계관의 지도를 바탕으로 가치체계를 세우고 느끼고 경험하며 행동 양상을 나타낸다. 특히 상담 현장에서 내담자는 상담자와 함께 자신의 문제와 고통을 드러내고 삶의 방향성을 점검하며 삶의 계획을 다시 세우는 과정에서 자연스럽게 자신의 세계관을 다룬다. 또한, 상담자는 내담자 중심으로 상담을 진행하기 위해 노력하지만, 상담자의 기본 이론이나 상담교육의 경험, 세계관 등 내담자에게 영향을 주게 된다. 그러므로 기독교상담자는 다양한 상담 이론과 기술의 습득 외에도 메타내러티브로 작용하는 기독교적 세계관에 대해 점검하고 이해하는 것이 필요하다. 이는 내담자의 문제를 근본적으로 이해하고, 지혜로운 개입 방향을 설정하는 데 큰 도움을 준다. 명확한 기독교 세계관은 내담자의 문제를 이해하는 또 다른 기준으로 활용될 수 있다. 이를 위해, 본 연구는 일반 상담의 사례개념화와 기독교 세계관을 고찰하며, 사례개념화에서 다루는 내담자 이해, 상담의 목표, 전략, 상담 종결에 이르기까지의 과정을 기독교 세계관의 창조-타락-구속-완성의 틀 안에서 고찰하였다. 먼저, ‘창조’의 영역에서는 내담자를 하나님의 형상으로 창조된 존엄한 존재로 이해하며, 감정적, 영적, 관계적, 신체적 측면을 포함한 전체적 관점에서 내담자를 바라보고, 이를 통해 상담의 기초가 되는 공감과 존중을 형성한다. ‘타락’의 영역에서는 내담자의 문제가 죄와 타락의 영향을 포함하고 있음을 강조하며, 부정적 패턴, 관계적 갈등, 사회적 요인을 분석하여 문제의 원인을 이해한다. ‘구속’의 영역에서는 그리스도의 구속의 은혜 안에서 상담목표를 설정하고, 내담자의 개인적 성장과 관계 회복, 영적 성숙을 목표로 삼아 긍정적인 변화를 촉진한다. 마지막으로, ‘완성’의 영역에서는 내담자의 회복과 영적 발전에 초점을 맞춘 개입전략을 설정하며, 은혜와 소망의 미래적 시각으로 접근할 수 있다. |
| 영문 초록 | Case conceptualization is a vital process in counseling, where the counselor understands the client's problems and creates a map for how to navigate the counseling journey, including goals and strategies. It is closely linked to the counselor's expertise and the efficiency of the counseling process, making it an important topic in the field. Research on case conceptualization continues in various forms, including studies on its components, training for counselors, and case concept mapping. In counseling, every individual builds their value system and behavior patterns based on their worldview map. In particular, clients naturally deal with their worldview during counseling as they reveal their problems and pain, assess their life's direction, and reorganize their plans for living. Though counselors strive to conduct counseling with a client-centered approach, their foundational theories, experiences, and worldviews inevitably influence the client. Hence, Christian counselors must not only acquire various counseling theories and techniques but also evaluate and understand the Christian worldview, which serves as a meta-narrative. This is crucial for fundamentally understanding the client's problems and establishing wise intervention strategies. A clear Christian worldview can offer another standard for understanding the client's problems. This study examines general counseling case conceptualization and the Christian worldview, exploring the process from understanding the client to setting goals, strategies, and concluding counseling within the framework of creation-fall-redemption-restoration. In the “Creation” domain, the client is seen as a dignified being created in the image of God, encompassing emotional, spiritual, relational, and physical dimensions. This holistic perspective forms the foundation for empathy and respect. In the “Fall” domain, the emphasis is on how the client's problems involve influences of sin and fallenness, analyzing negative patterns, relational conflicts, and societal factors to understand the root causes of issues. The “Redemption” domain focuses on setting counseling goals within the grace of Christ's redemption, aiming for personal growth, relationship restoration, and spiritual maturity while promoting positive change. Lastly, the “Restoration” domain establishes intervention strategies centered on the client's recovery and spiritual development, approaching the process with a perspective of grace and hope for the future. |
