본 연구는 AI 시대의 급변하는 진로 환경 속에서 기존 진로교육의 한계를 인식하고, 직업 소명 개념을 중심으로 새로운 진로교육의 방향을 탐색하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. AI 기술의 발전은 직업 구조와 노동의 의미를 재편하며, 인간 고유의 창의성, 공감 능력, 윤리적 판단의 중요성을 부각시키지만, 동시에 청소년의 진로 정체성 혼란, 특정 직업 쏠림 현상과 같은 사회적 문제를 심화시키고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 종교개혁 전통을 바탕으로 AI 시대에 요구되는 직업 소명을 정체성, 관계성, 목적성이라는 세 가지 핵심 요소를 중심으로 재해석하였다. 또한 이 세 가지 핵심 요소를 준거로 삼아 2022 개정 교육과정의 진로교육을 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 교육과정은 AI 시대의 변화를 일부 반영하려는 시도를 보였지만, 존재론적, 관계론적, 영성적 접근의 부재로 인해 근본적 방향성 제시에 한계를 드러냈다. 이러한 분석을 토대로 AI 시대 진로교육의 방향을 첫째, 존재론적 접근인 정체성 측면에서 ‘어떤 존재로 살아갈 것인가’, 둘째, 공동체와 창조 세계를 향한 책임으로서 관계성 측면에서 ‘누구를 위해 기여할 것인가’, 셋째, 영성 함양과 내러티브 기반 접근을 포함하는 목적성 측면에서 ‘무엇을 믿고 따를 것인가’를 제시하였다. 이러한 본 연구의 의의는 직업 소명을 정체성, 관계성, 목적성이라는 세가지 핵심 요소를 중심으로 재해석하고, 이를 토대로 AI 시대 진로교육의 방향을 제시하였다는 점이다. |

This study aimed to explore new directions for career education in the AI era by addressing the limitations of existing programs through the lens of the Christian concept of vocation. The advancement of AI is reshaping occupational structures and the meaning of work, emphasizing human creativity, empathy, and ethical judgment, while exacerbating social issues such as adolescents’ career identity confusion and occupational concentration. Drawing on the Reformation tradition, this study reinterpreted vocation in the AI era around three core elements: identity, relationality, and purpose. These elements were used to analyze the 2022 revised curriculum for career education. The analysis indicated that, although the curriculum attempts to reflect AI-era changes, it remains limited in providing fundamental guidance due to insufficient ontological, relational, and spiritual approaches. Based on this, the study proposes directions for AI-era career education: first, strengthening self-identity formation with the question, “What kind of being should I be?”; second, restoring social responsibility and communal engagement through, “For whom should I contribute?”; and third, integrating spirituality and narrative reflection with, “What should I believe and follow?” The significance of this study lies in reinterpreting vocation around these three core elements and providing a conceptual foundation for guiding career education in the AI era. |
