| 국문 초록 | 이 논문의 목적은 비정규직 갈등에 대한 기독교적 견해를 제시하는 데 있다. 최근 한국 경제에서 노사관계가 경제 성장의 저해요인이 되고 있다. 그 중에서도 비정규직의 갈등이 가장 심각하다. 지난 5년 동안 참여정부는 노동시장의 양극화를 해소하기 위해서 비정규직보호법을 제정하여 시행했지만 비정규직과 정규직의 임금격차는 더 심해지고, 비정규직을 둘러싼 갈등이 오히려 증폭되었다. 특히 대표적인 기독교 기업인 이랜드 그룹에서 비정규직 갈등이 1년 이상 장기화되었다. 사회적 약자에 대한 관심과 사랑이 기독교 정신의 핵심 중의 하나임에도 불구하고 비정규직 갈등이 기독교 기업에서 지속되자 이 갈등은 기독교계 전체에 부정적인 영향을 미치고 있다. 이 논문은 비정규직을 둘러싼 노사갈등을 기독교적 관점에서 어떻게 분별해야 할 것인가를 다루었다. 비정규직의 확산과 비정규직 보호법, 그리고 그 시행을 둘러싼 이랜드 갈등을 정리한 후 이러한 노사갈등을 해소하기 위한 기독교적 판단 기준을 제시하고, 이랜드 사태를 기독교적 관점에서 평가했다. |
| 영문 초록 | The purpose of this paper is to show a Christian view on the struggle related to the non-regular employment in Korea. Korean society is suffered from the struggles in labor relations. Among the labor dispute, the non-regular employment conflicts are most severe. The Korean government had legislated and forced the law to protect the non-regular workers. But for the last 5 years, the gap between the wages of regular workers and those of non-regular workers widened and the conflict due to the non-regular employment became bigger and bigger. Especially, one of the long-run conflicts due to non-regular employment appeared at the E-Land group, which is one of the most famous Christian business group. Because love for its neighbor, especially for the week, is one of the key spirit of Christianity, the long lasting conflicts in Christian business group, E-Land, had brought disgrace on Christian society in Korea. This paper deals with how to discern the labor conflict on non-regular employment in perspectives of Christianity. In order to do that, it is summarized that the spread of non-regular employments in Korean firms, the legislation of non-regular employment protection laws, and the conflicts in the E-Land group. After that, it is suggested that the Christian standard to evaluate the labor disputes and the evaluation of the E-Land conflicts. |
