| 국문 초록 | 요한복음의 로고스는 수사학적으로 어떤 의미를 가지는지 세 가지로 알아보고자 한다. 첫째, 요한 교회는 결코 헬라 철학자들처럼 수사학적인 로고스를 말하지 않았음을 논증할 것이다. 고전 수사학에서 로고스는 언어와 논리적 이성이라는 특징을 가진다. 로고스의 언어성을 강조한 수사학은 설득 문화를 발전시킨다. 그러나 윤리성과 논리성이 없는 설득술은 기교에 불과할 뿐임을 플라톤과 아리스토텔레스는 지적한다. 따라서 필자 또한 설교자들이 기교술로서의 설득술에만 관심가지지 말고 설교내용에 대한 정확한 지식과 윤리성 그리고 논리성을 중시해야 함을 강조하고자 한다. 둘째, 요한복음의 로고스, 특히 성육신 사상은 결코 철학적이라기보다 구약성경에 근거하고 있으며 오히려 영지주의적 가현설을 극복하기 위한 것이었음을 논증하고자 한다. 그 근거로 필자는 구약성경의 하나님 말씀과 안셀무스의 성육신 사상을 소개할 것이다. 셋째, 헬라시대 이래로 로고스의 수사 문화가 기독교에도 타당한지 수사 설교학을 통해 검증하고자 한다. 설득술을 통해 십자가와 부활의 진리가 드러나는 것은 아니다. 그것은 “말과 지혜의 아름다운 것(고린도 전서 2: 1)”으로 전해지는 것이 아니기 때문이다. 그러나 바울 역시 수사학을 이용했기 때문에 설교자는 수사학을 배울 필요가 있다. 그 때 로고스 사건 자체보다 로고스를 기술적으로 활용하는 데에만 관심 가져서는 안 된다. 바르트의 말대로, 설교의 주체는 하나님의 말씀 자체로, 말씀이 말씀하시기 때문이다. 말씀 자체가 가지는 능력을 설득술로 오해해서는 안 된다. |
| 영문 초록 | This article alludes to the error to use the logos in technical way rather than the happening of the logos itself. There is a tendency to pursue the method of conveying the truth emotionally, even though the truth of the sermon is due to the power of the logos itself. According to Karl Barth, the subject of the sermon is Gods Word itself, Word speaks. The power of the Word itself should not be misunderstood to be an art of persuasion. Moreover, The truth of the cross and resurrection is not revealed by the art of persuasion. For "my message and my preaching were not with wise and persuasive words, but with demonstration of the Spirit''s power"(1 Corinthians 2, 4). However, we must learn the rhetoric because Paul used the art of persuasion. It shouldn''t be the art of persuasion like classic rhetoric, but a pursuit of the ethos and logos. Above all, we are supposed to get the thorough knowledge of the structure or usage of the language itself like the case of metaphor and smellie. Logos itself shows the power. Logos is the human language and God''s Word at the same time. Even though there are deep gulf and abysmal distance between them, it is intermediated in unreasonable way. Concealment and revelation are the innate character of the logos. |
