건강도시는 시민의 마음, 몸, 사회, 환경의 건강인 전인건강을 위해서 시정부와 민간이 함께 애쓰는 도시이다. 우리나라의 48개 도시가 WHO 건강도시연맹에 가입되었다. 생활행정학은 국민의 삶의 질 향상을 위해 애쓰는 행정학이다. 신학의 주제인 샬롬커뮤니티는 하나님 나라의 온전한 결과로서 성경적 건강도시를 의미한다. 생활행정학과 신학은 뿌리가 이웃사랑인 삶의 질 향상을 통해 만날 수 있다. 성경적 건강도시는 교회와 기독인들이 성경적 전인건강을 위해 애쓰는 도시이다. 성경적 건강도시와 비성경적 건강도시는 기독교 세계관을 뿌리로 두고 있는가의 여부에 달려있다. 성경적 건강도시는 하나님을 사랑하며 영적 건강을 바탕으로 한다. 일반적 의미의 건강도시와 샬롬커뮤니티의 공통분모는 이웃을 사랑하며 삶의 질을 높이는 것이다. 이러한 공통분모를 확대해 가는 것은 오늘날 교회와 기독인들의 부정적 이미지를 바꾸고 하나님 나라를 위하는 중요한 전략이다. 따라서 샬롬커뮤니티인 성경적 건강도시를 만들기 위해 예수님의 공생애의 첫 메시지인 회개와 끝 메시지인 제자를 키우는 일에 주력해야 한다. 기독인은 천국시민으로 건강도시 특히 성경적 건강도시를 위해서 힘써야 하고 교회는 도시의 영적, 정신적, 육체적, 사회적, 환경적 고통을 치유하는데 다양한 자원을 최대한 활용해야 한다. |
| 영문 초록 |
Healthy city is one of which government is striving for holistic health including mental, physical, social, and environmental health. 48 cities in Korea have become members in Alliances for Healthy Cities(AFHC) in the Western Pacific Region of WHO. Life- Centered Public Administration(LCPA) is focusing on the improvement of quality of civic life. Shalom communities, as theme of theology mean biblical health cities as result of normal relations among God, man and nature based on the kingdom of God. LCPA and Theology can meet each other in the improvement of quality of civic life rooted in love of neighbor. Biblical healthy cities or nonbiblical cities depend on whether they are rooted in christian world view or not. Biblical healthy cites are based on the love of God and spiritual love through the redemption of Jesus Christ. The Common ground between healthy cities and shalom communites is to love our neighbors and to improve their quality of life. To expand these common area is important strategy for change of negative image of christians and churches for the kingdom of God. Therefore we should concentrate on the first and last message of public life of Jesus Christ, ''repentance'' and ''discipleship.'' Christians as heavenly citizens should make every effort for especially biblical, healthy cities. Churches should make most of their diverse resources in healing spiritual, mental, social, environmental suffering of people in cities. |
