기아, 빈곤, 박탈 등 사회문제에 대한 이해와 인간욕구에 대한 이해에 있어 성경적 원리를 적용할 때 사회적 고통을 경감시키는 사회 전략에서 올바른 방향의 변화를 가져올 것이다. 우선 인간욕구에 대한 이해에 있어 자연세계의 욕구와 영적 욕구는 상호관련되어 있으며 물질적 욕구뿐만 아니라 영적 욕구가 충분히 강조되어야 한다. 사회문제의 원인에 대한 이해에 있어 구조주의적 관점은 인본주의와 유물론에 빠지기 쉬우며 죄성을 가진 인간과 사회구조에 대한 인식이 긴요하다. 그리고 사회복지의 실천 동기에 있어 상반된 견해가 있으며 실천 결과에 대한 평가에서도 상반된 평가가 있다. 구제와 발전을 위한 원조와 노력에도 불구하고 사회적 고통과 파괴적인 현실이 경감되지 않는 것은 사회복지와 발전의 전략에 대한 새로운 도전이 되고 있다. |

To applicate the principle of the Bible in the appreciation of human desire and social problem such as starvation, poverty, and deprivation will cause the change of strategies in diminishing social sufferings. First of all, human natural desire and spiritual desire is interconnected. So the spiritual desire should be highlighted sufficiently. In the appreciation of the cause of social problems, the structural perspective is apt to go forwared the danger of humanism and materialism. As well it is important to recognize the evil human nature and social structure. As there being contrary theories about the motive of social welfare practice, so are contrary appreciations and evaluations of the results of social welfare practice. There being much effort and assistance to the relief and development, there is little advance in diminishing social sufferings and destructive phenomena. This is new challenge to the strategy of social welfare and development. |
