| 국문 초록 | 간호제공자 자신의 죽음에 대한 태도와 그에 대처하는 능력은 말기환자와 가족의 간호에 영향을 미칠 수 있으며 죽음에 대한 태도는 영적 안녕과 관계가 깊은 것으로 보고되고 있다. 따라서 임상실습현장에서 말기환자와 가족들을 만나게 되는 간호대 학생들의 영적 안녕과 죽음에 대한 태도에 관한 연구는 필요하다. 본 연구의 목적은 간호 대학생들의 영적 안녕 정도와 죽음에 대한 태도를 알아보고 관련요인을 파악함으로써 이들을 위한 간호교육과정 및 영성훈련 프로그램의 기초 자료를 제공하는데 있다. 있다. 연구 설계는 서술적 상관관계연구이며, 연구대상은 B 광역시에 소재한 1개 기독교 종합대학교 간호대학에 재학 중인 학생 202명이었다. 연구도구로 영적 안녕 정도 측정도구는 팔로우진과 엘리슨(Paloutzian & Ellison; 1982)이 개발한 영적 안녕 척도를, 최상순(1990)이 번역하여 강정호(1996)가 수정 보완한 도구를 사용하였다. 죽음에 대한 태도 측정도구는 도슨과 파월(Thorson & Powell; 1988)이 개발한 죽음정위(Death Orientation) 도구를 박석춘(1992)이 번안 사용한 것을 김정희(2006)가 수정 보완한 도구를 사용하였다. 자료수집 기간은 2006년 6월 1일부터 동년 6월 15일까지였으며, 자료 분석 방법은 S.P.S.S WINDOWS 12.0 프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였다. |
| 영문 초록 | n this study I have investigated the relationship between the spiritual welling-being and the attitude toward death of nursing students in order to identify the relationship between them and to provide the basic data for developing a nursing education program. The data were collected from June 1, 2006 to June 15, 2006 from one College of Nursing located in B city, and analyzed by SPSS/12.0 program frequency, percentage rate, mean, standard deviation, average, the maximum value, the minimum value and person''s correlation coefficient. The results are as follows: 1. The degree of the spiritual welling-being of subjects was (M=64.85±9.856, range :20~80). 2. The degree of attitude toward death of subjects was (M=59.39±9.591, range :20~80). 3. There was a significant positive correlation(r= .546, P= .000) between subjects'' spiritual welling-being and the attitude toward death. As a result, the spiritual welling-being among nursing students was relatively high and their attitude toward death was relatively positive. The more higher spiritual welling-being nursing students had, the more positive attitude toward death they showed. Thus, a nursing education program is necessary to improve the spiritual welling-being in relation to relevant variables. |
