| 국문 초록 | 인간이 세상을 바라보는 관점은 다양하다. 그리스도인은 이러한 다양한 관점 중에서 기독교의 관점 즉, 성경에 근거하여 세계와 인간을 바라보고, 이것이 진리라고 믿고 실천하며 사는 사람이 다. 입양이란 친부모가 아동을 키울 능력이 없거나 또는 키울 의지가 없을 때, 사회가 그 아동의삶에 관심을 가지고, 그 아동에게 영원한 대체 가정을 제공하는 것으로, 생물학적으로 관계가 없는 성인과 아동이 법적․사회적 과정 안에서 부모-자녀 관계를 형성하고, 친부모-자녀와의 혜택과자격을 갖도록 제공하는 법, 제도, 서비스를 말한다. 이러한 입양은 어떠한 관점에서 바라보느냐에 따라 부끄럽고 숨겨야 할 것이 될 수 있고, 자랑스럽고 떳떳한 것이 될 수도 있다. 그 동안 우 리 사회에서는 혈연중심적인 문화와 입양에 대한 오해와 편견으로 인해 입양을 부끄럽고 숨겨야할 것으로 인식하여 왔다. 그리고 입양에 대한 부정적인 인식은 그리스도인과 비그리스도인에게있어 별반 차이가 없어 왔다. 하지만 그리스도인들은 입양에 대한 기독교적 이해를 통해 입양을긍정적으로 바라보아야 할 필요가 있다. 왜냐하면 그리스도에 의해 입양된 존재인 그리스도인들은 자신도 하나님의 자녀로 입양된 존재이고, 입양은 요보호아동이라는 사회적 약자를 사랑으로돌보아주는 매우 존귀한 일일뿐 아니라, 하나님의 명령에 순종하는 경건한 행위이며, 기독교적 관점에서 진정한 부모됨은 혈연에 대한 생물학적인 본능이 아니라, 하나님이 자녀를 자신에게 맡겨주셨다는 믿음과 하나님의 자녀위탁 요청에 신실하게 응답하는 헌신된 노력이기 때문이다. 본 연구의 결론을 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 그리스도인들은 국외입양 그 자체에 대해 비판하기 보다는 국외입양을 우선시하려는 현실을 비판해야 한다. 그리고 이러한 현실을 개선하기 위해 그리스도인들은 잘못된 사회구조와 편견을 변화시키기 위한 노력을 해야 한다. 둘째, 그리스도인들은입양사실을 공개한 입양 삼자가 차별 당하지 않는 사회를 만들기 위해 노력해야 한다. |
| 영문 초록 | People see the world differently. Christians are those who view the world and human beings from a Christian perspective, which is based on the Bible. They take the Bible as gospel and put it into practice. Adoption provides a permanent substitute family to a child whose biological parents are unable to bring up their child or have no will to do so. It makes a child and an adult who are not biologically related with him/her become ''parent-child'' in legal and social process. Adoption includes laws, systems, and services that enable them to have the same benefits and qualifications as a biological parent-child. Depending on how such adoption is seen, it can be a shame and secret or a pride and honor. Our society has considered adoption as shameful and confidential due to the kinship culture misunderstandings and prejudice about adoption. Such negative perceptions have applied to both Christians and non-Christians. However, Christians need to see adoption positively through Christian understanding. Because Christians adopted by Christ, are adopted as children of God. Adoption is not only a very noble way to take care of children in need, who are weak in society, but also a pious behavior to obey the Lord''s will. From a Christian point of view, being parents is not a biological instinct for kinship but a belief that God has placed a child in one''s custody and devoted efforts to faithfully respond at His request. The conclusions are as follows. Firstly, Christians do not criticize international adoption itself, but the reality which give priority to international adoption. In order to change this situation, Christians should make appropriate efforts to change distorted social system and prejudice. Secondly, Christians should make appropriate efforts not to be treated adoption-triangles who are open the adoption''s fact with discrimination. |
