| 국문 초록 | 본 연구는 기독교인 유아교사들의 기독교유아교육에 대한 인식 및 실태를 알아본 후, 그들이 유아교육현장에서 기독교유아교육을 실시하면서 겪게 되는 교육적 갈등에 대해 탐색하였다. 연구결과：기독교유아교육에 대한 인식 및 실태에서 첫째, 기독교유아교육의 개념에 대해 기독교인 유아교사들은 서로 다르게 인식하였다. 둘째, 대부분의 기독교인 유아교사들은 기독교유아교육이 필요하다고 인식하였다. 셋째, 조사대상의 과반수 이상이 기독교유아교육을 실천하고 있다고 하였다. 넷째, 기독교유아교육의 실천정도에 대한 자기평가 점수는 낮은 수준이었다. 다섯째, 기독교유아교육의 실천정도에 대한 자기평가 점수는 기독교유아교육관련과목 수강경험이 있는 교사와 없는 교사들 간에 차이가 없었다. 다음으로 기독교인 유아교사가 유아교육현장에서 기독교유아교육을 실시함에 따라 겪게 되는 교육적 갈등의 양상은 기독교유아교육기관에 재직 중인 기독교인 유아교사들과 비기독교유아교육기관에 재직 중인 기독교인 유아교사들 간에 다르게 나타났다. 기독교유아교육기관에 재직 중인 교사들의 갈등은 ‘기독교세계관으로 해석한 교육과정에 대한 불확실성’, ‘신앙 따로, 삶 따로, 교육 따로인 동료들과 원장님’, ‘교육과정도, 자원도 없이 해야 하는 기독교유아교육’으로 나타났고, 비기독교유아교육기관에 재직 중인 교사들의 갈등은 ‘만드신 이가 하나님이라고 말 못하는 기독교인 유아교사’, ‘나 홀로 해야 하는 기독교유아교육’, ‘학부모가 거부하는 기독교유아교육’으로 나타났다 |
| 영문 초록 | This study is to inquiry christian teacher''''s perception and practices about Christian Early Childhood Education(CECE), and explorer educational conflicts that teachers have experienced in early childhood education settings. As a result：1) CECE teachers'''' perception and practices of CECE; first, CECE teachers recognized differently about the concept of CECE. Second, most of the CECE teachers recognized the necessity of CECE. Third, majority has practiced CECE. Fourth, the grade of self assessment about application was low. Fifth, there was no significant difference between teachers who had subject related to CECE and teachers who did not have experiences related to the subject. 2) CECE teacher’s educational conflicts that teachers have experienced in early childhood education settings; CECE teacher’s educational conflict themes were different in Christian early childhood institutes and non-Christian early childhood institutes. CECE teacher’s educational conflicts in Christian early childhood institutes were “the uncertain curriculum, interpreted by Christian World View”, “colleagues and directors'''' educational practices separated from faith and life”, and “CECE which should be practiced without any formal curriculum and resources”. CECE teacher’s educational conflicts in non-Christian early childhood institutes were “CECE teacher who can not say that the Creator is God”, “CECE which should be practiced alone”, and “CECE rejected by parents”. |
