| 국문 초록 | 이 연구의 목적은 기독교대안학교 학생들의 경험에 대한 현상학적 반성을 통하여 이들에 대한 이해의 폭을 넓히고 대안학교의 발전을 위한 기초자료를 제공하는 데 있다. 7명의 학생과 1명의 학부모, 1명의 운영자를 대상으로 한 심층 면접을 통해 드러난 점은 다음과 같다. 학생들은 공교육 체제의 엄격한 규율 및 폭력적 환경으로부터의 보호, 효율적 진로, 그리고 신앙에 대한 기대로 대안학교를 선택하였다. 학교 내에서 학생들은 기독학생으로서의 정체성과 자부심, 그리고 유대감을 발전시키고 있으며, 이러한 과정에 영향력을 미치는 주요인은 교사와의 신뢰관계와 자율적 분위기였다. 다만 입시과목 위주로 구성된 교육과정과 신앙교육이 기독교대안학교의 차별성과 대안성을 충족시키고 있는지에 대한 검토가 필요하며, 지역사회와의 연계성 및 개방성의 부족이 학생들의 사회적응력을 약화시키는 결과로 이어질 위험성에 대한 고찰이 요구된다. |
| 영문 초록 | The purpose of this study was to expand understanding toward the experiences of the middle and high school students in the christian alternative schools and to provide basic information for the development of the schools. This study adopted depth interview and phenomenological method which was developed by van Manen. The participants for this study was 7 students, 1 mother, and 1 administrator. The findings are summarized as follows；The students chose christian alternative schools to protect themselves from public education''s problems such as intense educational competition, strict regulations, and school violence, and expect good opportunities to have further course and religious activities. They have had christian identity, pride, and community spirit on the basis of relationship with their trustworthy teachers as well as free atmosphere. On the other hands, it is necessary to reflect curriculums consisting of subjects for entrance and the Bible, and lack of networking and openness with their community. |
