| 국문 초록 | 본 연구의 목적은 보건의료분야의 전공수업에서 기독교세계관에 근거한 수업이 학생들에게 어떠한 변화를 일으키는지 알아보는데 있다. 이를 위해 A대학에서 기독교세계관에 근거한 물리치료윤리 과목을 수강한 학생 10명을 대상으로, 보건의료분야에 기독교세계관 적용의 인식과 실천, 임상실습을 통한 의료의 문제와 이들 문제에 대한 기독교세계관의 관점에서의 대안 및 수업을 통한 의식의 변화 등에 대하여 학생들이 작성한 에세이를 분석한 후, 심층면접을 진행하였다. 에세이 분석과 심층면접 결과, 수업을 통해 보건의료분야에 기독교세계관을 적용한다는 것에 대하여 학생들은 관계성의 회복, 예수그리스도의 사랑을 실천하는 것으로 인식한다고 하였다. 보건의료분야에서 기독교세계관을 실천하기 위한 방법에 대하여 학생들은 가장 기본적으로 환자를 치료하기 위해 성실히 학업에 임하고, 환자 중심/환자 사랑을 실천하는 치료, 관계회복을 위한 실천, 기도와 말씀묵상을 실천하는 것으로 말하였다. 학생들이 임상실습을 통해 보건의료분야의 문제점이라고 언급한 내용은 환자보다 병원의 수익을 우선하는 현실의 문제, 환자에 대한 불공정한 대우, 소통의 문제 등이었다. 학생들이 임상실습을 통해 본 보건의료분야의 문제점에 대한 실천방안으로는 환자 존중과 사랑의 실천, 관계성 회복실천 등을 언급하였다. 본 수업을 통해 학생들은 가치관(시각) 변화의 계기를 가지게 되었고, 진지하게 보건의료계의 문제들에 대하여 생각해 볼 수 있는 기회를 가지게 되었으며, 서로 다른 가치관을 가지고 있는 학생들과의 토론을 통해 생각의 차이를 인지하고, 자기반성을 통해 행동의 변화 및 결심을 하게 되었다고 하였다. 흥미로운 점은 신앙을 가지고 있지 않다고 응답한 학생들이 이 수업을 통해 기독교에 대하여 긍정적인 시각을 가지게 되는 계기가 되었다고 언급한 것이다. 이러한 결과는 각 학문영역에서 기독교학문을 추구하는 것이 기독교신앙을 가진 학생들의 믿음을 공고히 하고, 기독교세계관을 가지고 이 세상에서 살아가도록 할 뿐 아니라 비기독교인 학생들에게도 자유로운 토론을 통해 스스로 변화할 수 있는 계기를 마련할 수 있다는 것을 시사한다. |
| 영문 초록 | The purpose of this study is to investigate how students majoring in physical therapy perceive and practice applying Christian worldview in health and medical fields after attending classes based on Christian worldview. This study was performed by analyzing essays and in-depth interview of 10 students who attended physical therapy ethics class. The survey items were as follows : the recognition and practice in the application of Christian worldview in health and medical fields, the problems of health care through their clinical practice, measures to these problems in the Christian view of the world, and changes in perception after the class. The results analyzing the essay is as follows: Students recognized how to apply Christian worldview in the health care as recovering relationship and practicing love of Jesus Christ. About ways to apply Christian worldview in the field of health care, the students responded as follows: striving to concentrate on their studies that is necessary in order to treat patients, practicing patient-centered treatment with God's love, acting to restore relations, and practicing prayer and meditating on the Bible. Through their clinical practice, the students said that the issues of the hospitals are the pursuance of more profit rather than care for the patients, unfair treatment of patients, and lack of communication. Through this class, students experienced changes of their values. They started to have serious thoughts about issues in health care, perceived differences through discussion with students, and changed their behavior by making resolution to change through introspection. It was interesting to see that through this class, non-Christian students stated that they have changed their view of Christianity from a negative to a positive one. These results showed that pursuing Christian studies in each discipline not only consolidate belief on students with the Christian faith, but also give an opportunity to change by themselves through free discussion. |
