본 연구는 기독교 신앙을 가진 예비보육교사들을 대상으로 그들의 소명의식과 진로결정성, 자기효능감, 취업스트레스에 대해 알아보고 소명의식이 진로선택 및 결정, 자기효능감 및 취업스트레스에 영향을 미치는가를 파악하는 것을 목적으로 하는 질적 사례연구이다. 이러한 연구목적을 위해 기독교대학 4학년 기독교 신앙을 가진 아동복지전공 재학생들을 대상으로 설문지 조사 및 심층면접을 실시하였다. 연구 결과 응답한 학생 중 한 명을 제외한 모든 학생이 소명의식을 가지고 있다고 답변하였으며. 소명의식이 진로 선택 및 결정에 영향을 미쳤으며 응답자의 대부분이 소명에 따라 진로를 보육교사로 정하였다고 응답하였다. 소명은 자기효능감에 영향을 미쳤으며, 소명의식이 높을수록 자기효능감은 높다고 응답하였다. 기독교인 예비보육교사들의 자기효능감은 대체로 높은 편이었다. 크리스천 예비보육교사들의 취업스트레스는 대부분 높지 않은 편이었고, 소명의식은 취업스트레스를 해소하는데 영향을 미쳤다. 그러나 응답자 중 한 명은 소명의식이 취업스트레스와 정적인 관계가 있으며, 소명의식 때문에 취업스트레스를 더 받는다고 응답하였다. 이것은 현실적인 문제를 고려할 때 보육교사의 낮은 처우 문제로 인한 것이라고 볼 수 있다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 기독교대학에서의 진로상담, 취업지도 및 교육에 활용할 자료를 제시하였다. |

This is a case study to investigate the prospective Christian child care teachers' sense of calling, selection of career, self-efficacy, job stress, and the impact of calling on selection of career, self-efficacy, and job stress. For this research, a qualitative study of prospective Christian teachers was conducted about their sense of calling, selection of career, self-efficacy, and job stress. For this, an in-depth interview and survey were administered among child welfare majors at a 4-year Christian university. The interview and survey results showed that all students, but one had a sense of calling. According to the results, most students had a sense of calling, which they said affected their selection of career and made up their mind to become a child care teacher. Students also answered that their sense of calling effected their self-efficacy, and the stronger their sense of calling was, the higher their self-efficacy was. Moreover, prospective Christian child care teachers tended to show higher self-efficacy and lower job stress. However, one student answered that there was a positive relationship between the two factors, saying that she had a higher level of job stress because of the sense of calling. This seems attributable to the lower income and position of child care teachers given the current issues over the occupation. Based on these results, this research provided materials for career guidance, counseling, and education for students at Christian universities. |
