| 국문 초록 | 본 연구에서는 하이에크의 인간이해와 시장질서론 및 주주자본주의에 대한 영향을 기독교세계관적 관점에서 분석하였다. 하이에크의 인간본성에 대한 이해가 기독교 세계관적 관점에서 갖는 한계는 이성이 진리를 인식할 수 있는 유일한 수단이라는 점과 진리인식의 출발점이 인간이라는 것으로 요약할 수 있다. 이러한 접근은 성경적인 진리 접근과는 대비되는 것으로 계시의 가능성을 인정하지 않는 접근이라고 할 수 있다. 반면, 성경은 계시가 이성에 우선한다는 것을 보여준다. 또한 그의 이성에 대한 한계인식은 불가지론이나 무신론으로 연결되는데, 계시에 대한 인정은 이성의 한계와 불가지론 또는 무신론의 관계가 필연적이지 않음을 의미한다. 이성의 오류와 한계에 대한 인식에서 출발한 시장질서론은 자생적 질서로서 하이에크에게 있어서 현실적으로 존재하는 최상의 체계이다. 이 이론이 갖는 한계는 시장질서의 자생성이 역사적인 관찰의 결과로 볼 때, 입증되지 않는다는 점과 성경적 역사관과는 부합하지 않는다는 면에서 찾아볼 수 있다, 뿐만 아니라, 그의 시장질서는 본질상 강자지향성을 갖게 되어, 가치중립적이지 못하다는 문제점을 갖고 있다. 이는 시장외의 외부적 힘에 의한 시장 개입의 필요성에 대한 하나의논거가 될 수 있다. 외부개입을 위한 이론적인 근거는 공동체주의자들이나 성경에서 나타나는 공동체적 정의 개념이다. 물론 이러한 공동체적 정의 개념은 시장질서와 그 구성요소인 가격기구 및 사유재산권을 전제한 상태에서, 보완적 개념으로 사용될 필요가 있는 것으로 생각된다. 동일한 관점에서 주주자본주의의 배경이 되는 규제완화와 사유재산권에 대한 절대적 강조 역시 수정, 보완되어야 한다. |
| 영문 초록 | This study is to analyse the Hayek''s human understanding and market order theory and its impact on shareholder capitalism based on Christian world-view. The limitations of Hayek''s understanding of human nature in terms of the Christian world-view is that reason is the only way to recognize the truth and human is the starting point of the truth recognition. This approach is confrontation with the biblical truth. That approach does not acknowledge the possibility of revelation. In contrast, the Bible shows that the revelation takes precedence over reason. In addition, his recognition of the limits of reason is connected to the agnostic or atheist, but this association is not inevitable. To Hayek, as a spontaneous order, market order is the best system in reality. The limitation of the theory of the market order is that the theory has not sufficient historical evidences and does not meet biblical historical view. In addition, his market order has a strong person orientation and is not value-neutral. This means that market intervention by external forces may be needed. The theoretical basis for external intervention is the community care theory or community-oriented concept that appears in the Bible. In the same perspective, deregulation and the absolute private property rights, the background of shareholder capitalism also should be modified and complemented. |
