| 국문 초록 | 본 연구의 목적은 기독교인 어머니들이 유아기 자녀를 키우면서 느끼는 자녀양육 스트레스가 무엇인지를 질적 면담을 통해 살펴보고, 이를 토대로 앞으로 우리나라 기독교 부모교육의 방향성을 제시하는 것이다. 이를 위해 유아기 자녀를 둔 기독교인 어머니 29명을 세 개의 소그룹으로 구성한 후 기독교 부모교육 프로그램을 각각 8주간 실시하였고, 이 과정에서 서술적 관찰, 심층면담, 그리고 과제 형태의 서술적 설문조사를 통하여 질적 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 전사와 코딩작업을 통해 질적으로 분석되었으며, 그 결과 본 연구에 참여한 어머니들의 자녀양육 스트레스는 부모의 개인 및 대인관계 특성으로 인한 스트레스와 자녀의 개인 및 대인관계 특성으로 인한 스트레스로 나타났다. 기독교 부모교육의 방향성을 제시하기 위한 본 연구의 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 기독교 부모교육의 내용의 변화이다. 앞으로의 기독교 부모교육은 본 연구에서 제시한 함의를 포함하면서 자녀양육이 실제 삶에서 신앙의 표현으로 나타나도록 돕는 것이 되어야 한다. 즉, 기독교 부모교육은 부모들이 느끼는 삶의 일상적 스트레스가 신앙과 어떠한 관계가 있으며, 성삼위 하나님의 도우심이 자녀양육에서 어떻게 구체적으로 나타나는가에 대한 내용들을 제시할 수 있어야 한다. 둘째, 기독교 부모교육의 형식의 변화이다. 부모들의 마음을 다룰 수 있는 소집단 형식의 부모교육이 효과적으로 나타났는데, 기독교 부모교육은 자녀의 신앙교육이나 자녀의 발달이해와 같은 교육적 차원에서 부모 간 그리고 부모와 교육기관 및 교회 간의 상호작용을 격려하고 부모 자신의 자녀양육에 대한 신념과 갈등을 심층적으로 다룰 수 있는 형태로 이루어지는 것이 필요하다. |
| 영문 초록 | The study qualitatively examines the child care stress of the Christian mothers while mothers rear their children in early childhood, and, based on this, it proposes directions of the Christian parent education in the future in South Korea. To investigate this, the research qualitatively analyzes various data collected from Christian parent education targeting for mothers of children in early childhood, and the results are as follows. Thus, the child care stress of the mothers in the study shows the stress from the parents themselves and their relationship with others and the stress from their children and the children''''s relationship with others. From the results of the study, the directions of Christian parent education are as follows. The first is the change of the content of the Christian parent education. The future Christian parent education should include implication of this study, and it should help child care represent an expression of faith in the real life. Thus, Christian parent education should present what the relationship between the parents'''' daily stress and their faith is and how the help from the triune God is concretely represented in the child care. The second is the change of the form of the Christian parent education. The small group parent education, which can deal with the mind of the parents, is effectively represented; Christian parent education should encourage interactions between parents and parents, parents and educational institutions, and parents and churches in terms of educational perspective on Christian education for children and understanding of children''''s development, and it should discuss in depth the belief and conflict about child rearing of parents themselves. |
