| 국문 초록 | 본 논문은 캠퍼스선교와 기독교수의 통전적인 역할을 다루고 있다. 논문의 목적은 한국 캠퍼스선교의 실태와 문제점을 분석하여 캠퍼스선교를 활성화하기 위한 기독교수의 선교적인 소명과 통전적인 역할증대 방안을 강구하는 데 있다. 논문의 내용은 서론, 기독교수와 캠퍼스선교의 개요,캠퍼스선교의 실태와 문제점 분석, 기독교수의 소명과 통전적인 역할, 결론 등으로 구성된다. 논문에서는 통계자료를 이용하여 기독교에 대한 대학생의 인식과 캠퍼스선교 실태를 파악하였다. 연구에 필요한 실증자료의 수집을 위하여 기독교수 43명을 추출하여 2013년 6월에 집단심층조사를 시행하였고 조사 자료는 기술통계로 분석하였다. 대학교수는 대학운영의 핵심주체로서 그 사명과 통전적인 역할이 무척 소중하다. 기독교수는기독인이며 교수됨이 서로 결합하여 올바른 대학운영관리와 캠퍼스선교에도 중추적인 역할을 담당한다. 기독교수는 캠퍼스선교를 하나님의 소명으로 인식하고 활동하는 경우에 정체성은 더욱확고해진다. 기독교수는 하나님으로부터 학교로 보냄을 받은 캠퍼스선교사이다. 따라서 기독교수는 통전적인 선교의 주체로서 그 사명과 역할을 잘 감당하는 것이 매우 중요하다. 기독교수의 통전적인 사명과 역할은 주로 교육자, 연구자, 사회봉사자 및 전도자로 확인되며, 그 역할은 개별적혹은 공동체적으로 증진될 수 있다. 한국에서 캠퍼스선교는 기독교수가 그 선교적인 사명과 통전적인 역할을 잘 감당할 때 더욱 활성화될 것이다. |
| 영문 초록 | This study deals with the calling and holistic roles of a Christian professor for campus evangelization in Korea. This study aims to analyze the actual conditions and problems of campus missionary works, and to identify the calling and valuable holistic roles of a Christian professor for the activation of campus mission in Korean universities. This study begins with an introduction which explains the basic facts of the study. The second chapter deals with a theoretical review which contains the types and mission of a Christian professor, the relationship between campus mission and Christian professor, and a literature review of existing studies. The existing and real conditions of campus mission in Korean universities are examined, and its problems are analysed in the third part of this study based upon the secondary data analysis and research reports. The calling and holistic roles of a Christian professor for the university evangelization in Korea are identified in the fourth chapter. The chapter consists of a perception survey about campus mission and Christian professor, the identity and calling of a Christian professor, and holistic roles of a Christian professor. This study concludes with the fifth chapter, which includes summary, implications,and further research areas. It is very important for a Christian professor to feel the calling consciousness of God as a campus crusader for Christ in life. Based on the confidence in God, a Christian professor should thus be faithful to his holistic role for the university evangelization in Korea universities. The holistic missionary roles identified include teacher,researcher, servant of the public and evangelist in society. |
