| 영문 초록 | The purposes of this article are two. One is how to see the Korean Peninsula problem including the North Korea''s nuclear bomb. The characteristic of the Korean Peninsula problem could be described as the duality. In the situational aspect, it has been affected not only by the cold war but also by the post cold war. In the structural aspect, it is composed of the national problem and the international problem. Therefore, we need to have the balanced perspective and tolerant attitude to see the Korean Peninsula problem rightly. The other is how to solve the current crisis of the Korean Peninsula. It is related to the problem of North Korea''s nuclear bomb partially or in the appearance level. But it is derived from the clash between the U.S.A''s global hegemonic strategy and the North Korea''s survival strategy mainly or in the essential level. As a result, we have to recognize the leadership of the U.S.A. in the Korean Peninsula as well as Northeast Asia and secure the survival of Kim Jongil''s regime to solve the current crisis. However, there is no magic bullet to resolve the Korean Peninsula problem at one shot. Honesty, steadiness and pray to the Lord might be the real solution in the long run. |
