| 국문 초록 | 본 연구의 목적은 지역교회 중년여성이 겪는 갱년기 우울의 경험을 심층적으로 탐색하여 그 의미와 구조를 밝히기 위함이다. 이를 위하여 갱년기 우울을 경험하고 있는 지역교회 중년여성 8명을 대상으로 구체적 사례를 심층면담을 통해 제시하고, 분석하였다. 그 결과 6개의 구성요소와 16개의 하위 구성요소가 도출되었다. 도출된 6개의 구성요소는 ‘통제할 수 없는 신체의 변화’, ‘내 뜻대로 되지 않는 마음’, ‘꺼져가는 듯한 아픔’, ‘기독교인으로서 져야하는 마음의 짐’, ‘이겨낼 수 있는 힘’, ‘신앙이 버팀목이 됨’이었다. ‘통제할 수 없는 신체의 변화’, ‘내 뜻대로 되지 않는 마음’의 범주는 신체적 증상으로 인해 힘들어 하는 것이 나타났고, ‘꺼져가는 듯한 아픔’, ‘기독교인으로서 져야하는 마음의 짐’의 범주에서는 심리적, 신앙적으로 힘들어 하는 것이 나타났으며, ‘이겨낼 수 있는 힘’, ‘신앙이 버팀목이 됨’의 범주는 가족과 신앙의 힘으로 이겨내고 있음이 나타났다. 마지막으로 본 연구는 중년기 여성들의 우울증을 극복하고 도와주기 위한 교육 및 전문가의 역할에 대한 구체적 방안을 제안하였다. |
| 영문 초록 | The purpose of this study is to explore deeply the experiences of menopausal depression in middle-aged women in local churches and to reveal its meaning and structure. For this purpose, 8 middle-aged women in local churches experiencing menopausal depression are presented with specific cases through in-depth interviews and analysed them. As a result, six components and sixteen subcomponents were derived. The six components that were derived were ‘the uncontrollable change of the body’, ‘the heart that does not conform to my will’, ‘the pain that is going down,’ ‘burden of heart that must be taken as a Christian’, the ‘Energy of helpful’ and ‘A religious support’. The categories of ‘uncontrollable changes in the body’ and ‘the heart that does not conform to my will’ were found to be difficult due to physical symptoms. The psychological and religious difficulties appeared in the categories of ‘the pain that is going down’ and ‘burden of heart that must be taken as a Christian’. And the categories of ‘Energy of helpful’ and ‘A religious support’ are overcoming by the power of family and faith. Finally, this study suggested a concrete plan for the role of education and specialists in overcoming depression in middle-aged women. |
