본 연구는 제4차 산업혁명시대를 주도하는 기독교 유아양성을 위한 교회교육 실천 방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 먼저 제4차 산업혁명시대를 주도할 주체로서의 기독교인 유아 인재상에 대한 개념적 적립을 시도하였다. 또한 기독교 세계관을 기반으로 하나님 나라 시민의 기초를 형성할 기독교 인재상 구현을 위한 구체적인 실천 내용을 탐색하고자 시도하였다. 연구의 결과는 첫째, 기독교 유아 인재상은 경건, 인성, 지적 역량을 균형적으로 갖춘 세상의 빛이 되는 그리스도 유아를 의미하였다. 둘째, 제4차 산업혁명시대 기독교 유아역량인 경건, 인성, 지성 역량의 의미를 구체적으로 설명하였다. 이는 경건한 유아로서 기독교세계관으로 사고하고 행동 하는 역량, 경청, 배려, 존중, 열린 마음이 있는 소통 능력의 인성역량, 창의적으로 문제 해결하는 유능성을 갖춘 지성 역량을 의미하였다. 셋째, 기독교 유아 인재상 구현을 위한 교회-가정-기관 연계의 필요성과 활동실제 예를 제시하였다. 추가적으로 제4차 산업혁명시대의 유아전도 혁신방안에 대한 교회의 나아갈 방향을 요약하였다. |
| 영문 초록 |
The purpose of this study is to explore implementation strategies to teach young Christian in the fourth industrial revolution. First of all, attempts to explore concepts of young Christian children to be in the fourth industrial revolution are made. Then, practical methods to develop the foundation of Kingdom of God’s citizenship based on a Christian world-view is explored. The study results are as followed below. First, young Christian children to be in the fourth industrial revolution are to be young Christians who becomes “the light of the world” with balanced competencies among the Pious Area(behavior and thoughts based on the Christian world-view), Character Area(communication competence with careful listening, caring, respect, open mind), and Ability Area(creativity problem-solving ability). Second, description of each competency was presented in detail. Third, it was further emphasized the importance of linking church-home-school programs, and implementation examples were followed. In addition, it suggested the direction of the church school education for young children in the fourth industrial revolution era. |
