| 국문 초록 | 본 연구는 한국과 미국의 기독교유아교육의 의미와 방향을 살펴보기 위하여 기독교 유아교육기관의 교사와 부모를 사례로 면담을 실시하고 이를 분석하였다. 한국의 B시에 있는 교사와 부모 각 2인과 미국의 M주에 있는 교사와 부모 각 2인씩 총 8명을 대상으로 면담을 실시하였다. 또한 한국 B시에 소재한 2개 유아교육기관과 미국 M주에 위치한 유아교육기관 2곳의 교육관련 문서를 수집하여 분석하였다. 분석은 면담자료와 문서자료를 수집하여 상호분석하는 자료원 삼각측정(data triangulation)방법을 사용하였다. 이를 통해 한국과 미국의 기독교유아교육의 의미와 방향을 분석하여 특수한 영역으로의 접근과 보편적 영역으로의 접근, 기관중심의 실천 요구와 가정중심의 실천 요구, 예배중심의 교육과 영성중심의 교육, 문화와 다른 독립적 구성과 문화와 연계된 일상적 구성, 시급한 변화의 요구와 느긋하고 안일한 인식으로 그 현상적 실제가 분석되었다. |
| 영문 초록 | The purpose of this study was to find what are the meaning and direction of Christian early childhood education in the United State and South Korea. The subjects in this study were selected 2 parents and 2 teachers from South Korea, and 2parents and 2 teachers from the United States. Each of them was interviewed in depth to gather data of opinions, and 4 institutions of early childhood education were selected to gather data of activities. And the collected data were analyzed. It was analyzed using data source triangle measurement. The findings of the study were as follows: the special approach and the general approach, the demand about practices based institutions and the necessary about practices based families, the education focused worship and the education focused spirit, The curriculum separated with the culture and the curriculum in connection with the culture, the urgent need for changes and easygoing attitude for changes. |
