| 국문 초록 | 본 연구는 교회 내 비정규직 비혼 중년 여성을 대상으로 그들의 불안정한 삶을 이해하고 성경적 입장에 근거한 결혼관과 그들에 대한 교회의 역할에 대해 살펴보고자 이루어졌다. 성경에서 가리키는 고아와 과부 등의 사회적 약자 중 하나가 바로 오늘날 경제적으로도 넉넉하지 않으면서 비자발적 비혼의 삶을 사는 교회 내의 비혼 중년 여성이라고 볼 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 이들과 같은 사회적 약자가 더 이상 소외되지 않고 사회 속에서 당당히 자신의 삶을 살아내기를 바라면서, 이들의 전인 구원의 회복이 교회 차원에서 이루어지도록 도움을 주고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 질적 연구 방법 중 하나인 심층면접법을 사용하여 자료를 수집, 분석하였고, 그 결과 도출된 주제는 현재 비혼의 삶과 교회생활, 홀로 맞을 노후와 교회에서의 위치, 교회의 역할에 대한 기대이다. 이에 따른 결론으로써 성경에 근거한 비정규직 비혼 중년 여성에 대한 교회의 역할은 사도바울의 주장에 근거하여 교회 내 비혼 중년 여성을 바라볼 때 결혼을 했느냐 하지 않았느냐의 시각에서 하나님 나라 확장에 함께 동참하는 동역자로서 바라보는 것이 중요하다는 것이다. 따라서 교회는 비정규직 비혼 중년 여성이 사역을 잘 할 수 있도록 영적, 육적으로 지원해야 하며 이것은 곧 이들의 전인구원의 회복을 위한 것이다. |
| 영문 초록 | The purpose of this study is to understand the unstable life of unmarried, middle-aged, female temporary workers in church, to investigate the concept of marriage based on biblical point of view and the role of church for them. One of the socially disadvantaged people stated in bible, as orphan and widow, is the middle-aged unmarried women in church with difficult financial circumstances and living an involuntary single life. This study intended to help them receive the holistic salvation in church, with a hope for socially disadvantaged people to live their lives with confidence, without getting alienated in society. To this end, this study collected and analyzed data using one of the qualitative research methods, the in-depth interview. In conclusion, the interviews resulted with the topics: The current single life and church life, Living alone in later years and position in the church, Expectations on the role of the church. Based on Apostle Paul’s claim, regardless of married or not, it is important to view them as fellow workers in church, who are participating in expanding the kingdom of God. Therefore, it is necessary for churches to support single middle-aged, female temporary workers, both spiritually and physically for them to carry out good christian work, which is the recovery of redemption as a holistic person. |
