| 국문 초록 | 본 연구는 4차 산업혁명 시대에 기독영어교사에게 필요한 핵심역량을 탐색하고, 기독예비영어교사들의 전공 핵심역량에 대한 인식을 조사하여 최종 핵심역량을 규명하는 데에 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 교사 핵심역량 및 관련 선행연구들을 검토 종합하고 본 연구의 대상 기독대학교의 핵심역량과 연계하여 기독영어교사 핵심역량의 초안을 개발하였다. 이를 바탕으로 영어교육 전문가 집단들에게 적절성을 설문조사하고 분석한 결과를 통해 수정안을 도출하였으며, 기독예비영어교사 63명을 대상으로 수정안에 제시된 핵심역량의 중요도 및 현재 보유도에 대한 인식을 설문조사하였다. 분석 결과, 기독예비영어교사들은 제시된 모든 역량에 대해 중요하다고 인식하는 것으로 나타났다. 이에 15개의 전공 핵심역량, 43개의 하위구성요소와 행동지표로 구성된 수정안을 기독영어교사 핵심역량 최종본으로 확정하게 되었다. 본 연구결과에 근거하여 교육과정 개선의 방향과 기독영어교사양성 프로그램에 대한 시사점을 논의하였다. |
| 영문 초록 | The purpose of this study is to explore core competencies required for Christian English teachers in the era of the fourth industrial revolution and to investigate Christian pre-service English teachers‘ perceptions on them. To this end, the first version of core competencies of Christian English teachers was devised on the basis of the literature review and the established core competency framework in a Christian university. As for its appropriacy, a questionnaire survey was conducted to 11 English education experts. After being revised according to the expert survey results, another questionnaire survey was administered to 63 Christian pre-service English teachers, which was to find out their perceptions on both the importance and their own attainment of the competencies. From the results, it was found that they perceived all the competencies important, which enabled the revised framework to be finalized. It consisted of 15 core competencies, 43 sub-competencies and behavior indicators. Finally, the implications on the development of curriculum and Christian English teacher education were discussed. |
