본 연구는 탈북민 목회자들의 복음수용과 성장 그리고 교회 개척에 대한 연구이다. 연구에서는 탈북민 목회자들의 체험 속에 나타난 기독교 복음의 의미와 본질을 규명하고자 했다. 본 연구에는 탈북민 목사 6명과 전도사 6명, 총 12명의 목회자들이 참여했다. 자료는 일대일 심층 면담을 수행하여 구성했다. 연구자는 콜라지(1978)가 제안 한 체험적 현상학적 연구방법에 따라 자료를 분석했다. 자료 분석 결과 95개의 주제, 24개의 주제 결집을 도출했고 이를 5개의 범주로 결집했다. 이를 다시 사상과 진리의 전쟁, 좁은 길과 넓은 길, 하나님과의 만남, 교회 공동체 회복, 전도자로서 천로역정 범주에 재배열하여 참여자들의 체험의 의미와 구조를 기술했다. 마지막으로 연구결과에 근거하여 북한선교와 탈북민 목회자들을 지원하기 위한 실천신학 차원에서 구체적 제안을 했다. |

This study examined the gospel acceptance, growth, and church planting of North Korean defectors who have become pastors. It aimed to find the meaning and the essence of Christian gospel through the experience of North Korean defector-pastors. A total of 12 pastors, including six North Korean defector-ministers and six evangelists, participated in this research. The data was obtained through one-on-one in-depth interviews and analyzed using experiential phenomenological research method, suggested by Colaizzi (1978). As a result, 95 themes were extracted, which was organized into 24 clusters of themes, and established as five categories. The themes were rearranged into the categories of ‘War between thought and truth,’ ‘Narrow road and wide road,’ ‘Meeting God,’ ‘Restoration of the church community,’ and ‘The Pilgrim’s Progress as an evangelist,’ to describe the meaning and structure of the participants’ experience. Lastly, based on research results, concrete suggestions were presented, from the perspective of practical theology, to support North Korean missions and North Korean defector-pastors. |
