| 국문 초록 | 본 연구는 지역교회의 외국어예배부 봉사자를 중심으로 그들의 다문화 경험을 심층적으로 이해하고 탐색하여 그들의 경험에 대한 의미와 구조를 밝혀내기 위해 실시한 질적연구이다. 연구의 방법은 지역교회의 외국어예배부에서 봉사자의 경험을 2년 이상 경과한 6명을 연구 참여자로 선정하여 이들의 경험을 심층면담을 통해 제시하고, 분석하였으며 분석방법은 Colaizzi의 현상학적 연구방법을 이용하였다. 본 연구의 결과 ‘다문화의 벽 속에 갇힘’, ‘무관심에서 오는 허탈감’, ‘선이해와 수용이 필요함’, ‘하나님이 찾으시는 한 영혼을 섬기는 값진 통로’, ‘끝까지 나아가게 하는 사명’ 의 총 5개의 범주가 도출되었다. 본 연구결과는 외국어예배부 봉사자들의 다문화 경험에 관한 보다 깊은 이해를 제공하였으며, 이를 근거로 한 봉사자들의 교육과 실제적 돌봄과 지지방안, 그리고 이주민 선교를 위한 전략개발에 기여할 수 있을 것이다. |
| 영문 초록 | This study utilizes a qualitative approach to delve into the essence and structure of multicultural experiences among volunteers in foreign language worship services. Six participants, each with over two years of volunteering experience in the foreign language worship department of a local church, were selected for in-depth interviews. The analysis employed Colaizzi's phenomenological research method. The findings revealed five categories: 'trapped within the walls of multiculturalism,' 'a feeling of despair that comes from indifference,' 'need for prior understanding and acceptance,' 'a valuable path to serve the one soul that God is looking for,' and 'a mission that takes us to the end.' The study's results offer a profound comprehension of the multicultural experiences of foreign language worship service volunteers, laying the groundwork for the development of strategies for volunteer education, practical care and support, and missionary efforts for immigrants. |
