| 국문 초록 | 본 연구는 교회의 사회복지활동 결정요인에 따른 실천모형을 개발하여 교회 사회복지 활동의 활성화 및 질적 향상을 도모하는 것을 목적으로 하고 있다. 이와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위하여 본 연구에서는 교회사회복지활동에 영향을 주는 결정요인에 따라 교회를 유형화하였고, 사회복지사 자격증을 갖고 있고 교회 사회복지 활동을 3년 이상 실천한 교회사회복지 전문가들과 기독교윤리실천운동에서 제정한 ''지역사회와 함께하는 교회상''을 수상한 교회의 목회자들을 대상으로 설문조사 및 면접조사를 실시하였으며, 이를 통해 사회복지활동 예비실천모형을 개발하였다. 그리고 이를 현재 한국 교회의 사회복지 실태와 비교분석하고, 기독교사회복지 관련 교수 및 목회자들의 검증을 통해 예비실천모형의 타당성을 조사하였다. 마지막으로 전문가들의 의견과 한국 교회의 현실을 합리적으로 고려하여 교회사회복지활동 실천모형을 개발하였다. 본 연구에 의해 개발된 교회사회복지활동 실천모형은 적극-대형 모형, 적극-중형 모형, 적극-소형 모형, 소극-중대형 모형, 소극-소형 모형이다. |
| 영문 초록 | This research aims at planning revitalization of church''s social welfare activities and qualitative enhancement by developing practice model depending on determining elements of church''s social welfare activities. To achieve this purpose this research materialized churches according to determining elements affecting church''s social welfare activities through analysis of seeking causes. And this research surveyed and interviewed churches'' social welfare practices intended for church''s social welfare experts who have license of social worker and practiced church''s social welfare activities more than 3 years. And then this research developed a preliminary practice model. Lastly, considering experts'' opinion and reality of Korean Church, this research verified the validity of a preliminary practice model. Summing up practice model of church''s social welfare activity developed by this research is Positive-Large type model, Positive-Medium type model, Positive-Small type model, Passive-Medium and Large type model, Passive-Small type model. |
