| 국문 초록 | 본 연구는 기독교 사회복지사들의 사회복지실천에 현상학적으로 접근하여 이들의 사회복지실천 경험의 실제적 양상을 파악하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 기독교 사회복지기관에서 근무하는 기독교 신앙을 가진 사회복지사로서 직접 서비스 실천 경험이 있는 12명의 사회복지사들을 대상으로 심층면접을 실시 하였다. 면접내용에 대한 분석 결과, 총 169개의 의미단위가 도출되었으며, 이는 9개 주제에 대한 22개 의미의 통합으로 나타났다. 9개 주제는 기독교 적 정체성, 기독교적 사명으로서의 사회복지, 교회와 사회복지와의 관계, 사회복지의 공공성과 기독교적 접근, 기독교적 인간관, 사회복지실천의 자세, 기독교 사회복지실천의 방법, 기독교기관에서 조직 및 동료에 대한 경험, 비기독교인 동료와의 관계이다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 기독교 사회복지실천 및 연구를 위한 함의를 제시하였다. |
| 영문 초록 | The purpose of this study was to explore the experience of Christian social workers from phenomenological perspective. Twelve Christian social workers who had identified themselves as Christians, and were employed at Christian social welfare agencies, and had experience of direct services for the clients, were interviewed. From the phenomenological analyses suggested by Giorgi, 169 meaning units, 22 syntheses of meaning, and 9 themes were derived. The themes were as follows: identity as a Christian social worker, social welfare as a Christian mission, relationship between churches and social welfare agencies, Christian social welfare in a public system, Christian views on human nature, attitudes as a Christian social worker, methods of Christian social work, relationships with co-workers and the organization in the Christian agencies, relationships with non-Christian co-workers. Based on the results, discussions and suggestions regarding Christian social welfare practice and research were made. |
